My Johannes was born in Switzerland in 1835 and died in Canton in 1922. He married Julia Schissler, who was born in NY. They had 12 children. Hopefully, you are descended from one of them. Amelia, Edmund, Charles Lewis, Louisa, Sevilla, Emmaline, Edward, Frank, August, Cora Ann, Elizabeth, and John E. O. Feller. Several of them are buried in West Lawn Cemetery in Canton. I don't have a Kenneth in my file, but he could be a grandson of one of the brothers. My direct ancestor is Frank, who would have been my grandfather. I hope you do have a picture, as I cannot figure out why there isn't one of Johannes since he lived until 1922. My cousin, also a descendant of Frank, is working on this line also. Mrs. Elizabeth Eicher, who died at her home, 706 South Cherry street, Thursday afternoon, at the age of 85 years, was born in Switzerland in 1817. Forty years ago she came to Stark county and has lived in Canton the past 35 years. She was the mother of seven children and grandmother to 27 children, while 13 other children called her great-grandmother. Jacob Eicher, her husband, survives her. The children are Jacob Eicher, living on the Georgetown road; Godfred Eicher, of Columbus; John Eicher, of Canton; Mrs. G. Miller, living on the Louisville road; Mrs. William Archinal, of Trenton, N.J.; Mrs. Godfred Rollie and Miss Emma Eicher , of Canton. Her funeral will be held fro the German Reformed church Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock, Rev. Nau to officiate. Interment at Westlawn cemetery
